Do you have a physical store or retail presence?
At the moment, OLYAZAKA products are available only through our official online store. By focusing on direct sales, we are able to carefully manage product quality and ensure smooth delivery. We do not operate physical shops or sell through third-party retailers.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Please follow the return instructions on our Returns page for guidance.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within the continental U.S. usually takes 5–7 business days. Please note that we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, military bases, or other U.S. territories. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, OLYAZAKA ships exclusively within the mainland United States. Customers outside the U.S. may use third-party forwarding services at their discretion, but we do not manage or guarantee international deliveries.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard, as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely for your convenience.
How can I track my order?
Once your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to follow your swim ring from our warehouse to your door. If you run into any issues with tracking, our customer support team is happy to assist.
