Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes. Customers will receive an email confirmation once their order has been processed.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship exclusively to the continental United States. Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international locations, or military bases (including APO, FPO, DPO addresses). Customers should ensure their delivery address is within our serviceable area before placing an order.

Shipping Costs
We provide free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. There are no additional fees unless specifically noted at checkout. For orders requiring multiple shipments from different warehouses, each shipment will be processed separately, but shipping remains free.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Since we ship only within the continental U.S., customers are not responsible for customs duties or import taxes. All product prices displayed on our website include applicable domestic taxes.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can monitor your shipment using the carrier’s online tracking system. Tracking information is updated by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear online.
Address Accuracy
Please provide complete and correct shipping information. OLYAZAKA is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery errors resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us promptly at service@olyazaka.store. Our support team will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.
Multiple Shipments
Orders may be split into multiple shipments if items are sourced from different warehouses. Customers will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Delivery times for split shipments may vary depending on warehouse locations.
